U.S. Ministries
Dunklin Camp -- United States
Dunklin Memorial Camp was founded in 1962 in a wilderness area of Martin County for the purpose of building a center for the spiritual, emotional, and physical regeneration of alcoholics and drug addicts. A ministry that began in an old tent has grown into a beautiful community and training center that is the model for other “Cities of Refuge” in the U.S. and around the world. New “Cities” have already started springing up and come under the Apostolic covering of the Dunklin Memorial Church:

Liberty Lodge was founded in 1985 as a residential outreach ministry of the Overcomers Ministry in Titusville, Florida. The lodge has grown to include a Christ-centered regeneration program and provide the men a stable home environment. Modeled after Dunklin, Liberty Lodge is an urban “City of Refuge” offering a program, training center, and worship center.
Camp Hebron was opened in 2000 in Bloomington, Indiana, as a rural “City of Refuge.” It was part of Wheeler Mission Ministries in Indianapolis, Indiana, which was founded in 1893. The Dunklin curriculum is used on the 285-acre site which currently houses 12 men, including a thriving family ministry.
